Here's a little bit

Happy Bride and groom

About Me

painter holding paintbrushes

My hubby and I eloped! A few months later I wanted a big party.  So, we had a party with all my favorite things: pretty dress, flowers, cookies instead of cake and lots of dancing. I'm a firm believer that your wedding should be as unique as you are!

"I love love!I've always been a hopeless romantic, now I get to paint happy couples celebrating their love by throwing the party of their lives. It doesn't get better than that in my book!"

it's Lyssa

I have been teaching art for over 10 years and have been making art my whole life.  I studied art at BYU, Colorado State University and finally, Western Washington University where I received my BA in Fine Arts.  I find inspiration in nature and am an avid hiker, biker, and explorer.

Though I am a Colorado Native, I have spent much of my life traveling the country and the world.  I speak Spanish after living in Latin America, teaching art to children. I like to take my love of the arts to children and adults everywhere I go.

My personal art reflects my love of the Utah desert and Latin culture.  Some of my artistic inspirations are Frida Kahlo, Marc Chagall, Georgia O'Keefe and Vincent Van Gogh.
